Nobody Here But A Hopeful Soon To Be Famous Writer

Virginia Woolf was said to have this tradition of looking for the right pen to write her great works of Mrs. Dalloway, A Room of One’s Own, and To The Lighthouse. F. Scott Fitzgerald and his wife Zelda had such wild, alcohol-fueled parties that they were kicked out of BOTH the Biltmore AND the Commondore Hotel. And J.K. Rowling wrote about “The boy who lived” and is now richer than the queen of England. This is the life that I want one day (except without the alcohol. The stuff burns my throat!!). I wish to be a great writer, for my books of poetry and my novels of romance to be read by generations of people to come. I wish to live in the beautiful, exciting city of New York and to move into the gorgeous Astor suite at the regal, elegant, and memorizing Plaza Hotel. I want to be best friends with the actress, Meryl Streep, who is a goddess in other words and dress in the clothing of Coco Chanel, my hero, who invented the beautiful, classic fashions that most women center their life around, as I do.

This blog is a creative output, a project of hope, filled with poems, short stories, and songs that will one day, hopefully, get published and send me on my way to my dreams. If you have any comments, know anyone in publishing, or are in publishing, please let me know, for I will be forever grateful to you for the opportunity! And now, pour yourself a glass of wine or a cup of tea, snuggle up on the couch while the rain outside keeps pouring, and enjoy the writing of Emily A. Walz.
